The U.S. added just 194,000 jobs in September as the economy struggled under the delta surge of COVID-19, according to data released Friday by the Labor Department.

The unemployment rate fell sharply in September to 4.8 percent, a decline of 0.4 percentage points. But employment growth fell sharply for the second consecutive month after a staggering rise in coronavirus cases began in late July. Economists expected the U.S. to add roughly 500,000 jobs last month, just half of July’s employment gain of more than 1 million. LINK

So half that number or less when the numbers are revised later…

I’m surprised it’s even positive with this administration, so I take it as a sign that benefits may be running out

The numbers failed the projection by 61%. Ouch.

Under Biden we have:

1. Mass illegal migration
2. Inflation of basic goods
3. The Chinese imposing their will
4. A botched withdrawal from Afghanistan
5. Complete Taliban takeover of Afghanistan
6. Further freedoms overridden by a “Vaccine mandate”
7. Declining jobs
8. Higher gas prices
9. Potential tax hikes on the middle class
10. Record spending

Feel free to add to the list.

100% by design.

Collapse the system, cause chaos, rebuild 'back better ' with the tyrannical authoritarian socialist utopia.

I objectively cannot think of a single thing that Biden has done to improve the average American's quality of life over Trump. Almost all have been significantly worse.

These counts on CNN just did a whole segment making excuses for Brandon.

“I think we really have a problem with the data, people aren’t working like they used to.”

It’s laughable.

Have they changed the measurement? Pretty sure its #/% filing for unemployment. That doesn't change by how people are working.

I guess they’re accusing people of welfare fraud? It was hard to follow. That was only one of about 10 excuses they made.
