A release right after Labor Day would be perfect timing.

In all seriousness, we've been saying the silence from this investigative team has been deafening.

Kevin Clinesmith is gonna pay for the sins of Obama, Biden, Rice, Yates, Clinton, Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Strozok, Page and others. He has to learn a lesson that it's not ok for him to get away with what those people did.

What a boner killer.

So, in other words, no one substantial will be held accountable

Sally Yates testimony of doubling down on lying and passing it off to the FBI said it all of where this is all going. Yates testimony will most likely be used in the Flynn hearing to delay that more.

The third paragraph is interesting. How will they write a very bad report up on Ukraine? When Barr and this article says Obama & Biden, are downright untouchable and Comey, Brennan, Clapper are untouchable w/o a smoking gun?

I would think they have to have a smoking gun on one of these shady POS. The question is do they shame the institution, or let them go with a stern report?
quote:

On the other hand, Swecker does not expect Durham to indict former FBI Director James Comey, nor former CIA Director John Brennan or Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. None of these central figures in the scandal has been interviewed by Durham’s office, according to recent published reports, though Durham reportedly is working out details with Brennan’s lawyer for a pending interview. Durham’s investigators have already reviewed Brennan's emails, call logs and other records.

“It’s hard to prove criminal intent at their level, and unless there’s a smoking gun, like an email or text, they’ll probably get off with a damning report about their activities,” Swecker said.

Durham’s portfolio also includes exploring the extent to which Ukraine played a role in the counterintelligence operation directed at the Trump campaign during the 2016 election. Officials from Kiev, the Democratic National Committee and the Obama administration reportedly coordinated efforts to dig up dirt on Trump – and Biden was Obama’s point man in Ukraine at the time.

True. But we the people shouldn't have to settle. they are not above the freaking law.

One thing is for sure something has to happen before the 60 days before the elections timeframe.

quote:

The former prosecutor, who’s worked with Durham, said his old colleague may start revealing developments from his case weeks in advance of the 60-day cut-off, or ideally right after the political conventions. The GOP convention, which follows the Democrats’ gathering, ends Aug. 27.
The article gets into certain rules that say justice is justice screw any time frame. But they have to do this by September 7, 2020 I think...

I don’t get why he would wait anyway. They are looking at folks below the Director level of the FBI (and possibly CIA). That has little relevance to the election, unless you as a voter draw the conclusion that it shows weakness in the White House for being willfully ignorant of the activities of your own intelligence branch spying on election candidates.

Prog filth think they rule everything...

Democracy 21, a liberal Washington watchdog group, has already cited the department policy in recent complaints to Barr demanding he suspend Durham's investigation and place on hold any further actions or public comments about it until after the election.

So you got 700 downvoted stating we are a banana republic?

Expect it to happen again and again. Sad news is it will all be in the shadows again unless maybe there's a miracle and a GOP wins.

You're in for such a let down man.

After Durham is done laying a goose egg.

The .5% faith I have left is gone. We are literally a banana republic.

This board will always be here talking about taxes, abortion, immigrants etc. and 10 yrs down the road none of this will be talked about. The media will have it literally removed from the history books.

We are not different at all from Russia when it comes to the oligarchy police state/ IC rule.

My Intel says at minimum Brennan, Yates, Lynch, Clapper etc. and other will be charged with conspiracy to overthrow government.

Treason too for Brennan

And every time you said this it pissed me off to no end. But when I saw the quote in the OP article... I literally thought, that fricker boosie and his snarky 'they aren't stupid enough to have AOL chat logs or texts'.

Then I thought on it some more. Obama was slick as a snake they all were. Their gaywadded little by the book Susan Rice letter may cover their asses.

But...I still have hope there is a smoking gun. Peter & Lisa said the boss wants to know everything we are doing...

There is the Flynn release of the Oval office meeting. They can't skate. No way. But then I watched Sally apple pie Yates lie her arse off under oath. They are free and clear. If they weren't... Graham made sure they were with his opening statement.
