The article gets into certain rules that say justice is justice screw any time frame. But they have to do this by September 7, 2020 I think...

I don’t get why he would wait anyway. They are looking at folks below the Director level of the FBI (and possibly CIA). That has little relevance to the election, unless you as a voter draw the conclusion that it shows weakness in the White House for being willfully ignorant of the activities of your own intelligence branch spying on election candidates.
