It is truly frightening that the average PT poster has a firmer grasp on facts than the “brightest” judges in all the land

Our country is on the brink of collapsing. SCOTUS should never be caught eating dinner with the lying leeches in the House(s), regardless of party.
We’re damned.
We’re damned.

It’s truly sad that the people tasked with deciding on the vaccine mandates are so clueless about the vaccines and the virus. This type of misinformation in the opposite direction would automatically get a conservative banned from social media platforms.
Sadly, lots of people who heard these comments and only listen to the A,B,C networks, take what they say as gospel truth, and will in turn, regurgitate the lies.

You do know that that was a bogus story. Right?
Don't believe everything you read on the internet.

Yeah, and they make rulings on important cases too. That's scary.

Wouldn't it be nice if they talked about the legality of the mandates only? When they diverge from that and try to become scientists, they really goof it up. 100k kids are now in the hospital from covid, and 750m people tested positive on Thursday alone...according to 2 of the liberal justices on the bench.
It's scary that some of our justices are either that deceitful or really that uneducated.

I wish their monumental stupidity and dishonesty was a bogus story.

I don’t understand how the arguements they are making (efficacy of vaccines) have anything AT ALL to do with the legality of such mandates.

I feel like they are going to make the efficacy of the vaccines the cornerstone for their ruling to uphold the mandate. They won’t look at whether the mandate is legal. They will join the Uniparty’s line on this- push the vaccine, everything else be damned.

Then we are no longer a nation of laws but one of outcomes. Could argue for tons of unconstitutional things based on outcomes.

Too bad the ignoramuses on the Supreme Court don’t adhere to that advice.

I completely agree. Decisions are made on feelings now; how they feel about the facts, and not the facts themselves.

If they’re being honest, there’s no way they can claim the vaccine is efficacious while also crying about all the cases, supposed hospitalizations, etc.
You’re spot on. But, with Soto spewing statistics, even though they were horribly wrong, leads me to think that they will rule on the efficacy of the vaccine, which is NOT their job, and not whether the mandate is Constitutional, which is their job.

Sets terrible precedent. You could make all sorts of laws that would make society safer (example: make it illegal for males to own any weapon) if strictly enforced..that would be incredibly unconstitutional but could result in lives saved.
