Especially when that is impossible to do to start with. The first weapon used in the history of mankind was nothing but a rock.

And if you arrested and killed any man found holding a rock, the amount doing so would decrease dramatically and society would be much “safer”

It’s truly sad that the people tasked with deciding on the vaccine mandates are so clueless about the vaccines and the virus.

It is a gold mine for them. The big pharmaceuticals are paying for the ignorance. Plus, they are all invested heavily in Pfizer and Moderna.

This^ You cannot tell me they are that stupid. It is willful ignorance to cover for their stance.

God help us all if they are that stupid.

Each Justice has 4 Clerks. Supposedly those clerks provide them with a summary of the case they will hear and finally a position to substantiate the vote. Apparently Soto's clerks were out to lunch the day before this hearing.

You would think she or Bremen would write the minority opinion on this crap.

The writer for the Majority should kick them both in the teeth for providing comments that cannot be supported based on fact. I understand professionalism, but there are times in which the best recourse is to reach across the table and punch someone in the mouth.
