Was the OP posting this as a proof regarding devolution (as he just posted) Meaning: Biden has no CIC/Presidential authority to order the military, and isn't in charge.

The OP took Pelosi's quote out of context.

This statement by Pelosi isn't proof of devolution. It is grasping at the devolution theories straws.

the "stand with ukraine fervor" is at fever pitch, and not a single thing, except funding support, aka enriching themselves has been passed
same with the UN security council

it lends credibility making it plausible that they are not in charge

I think it's more about Ukraine not being in NATO and having a few rational actors in these agencies fighting off WWIII, but isn't necessarily a devolution scenario.

PLEASE SEE ABOVE: They have plenty of time to continue using Ukraine as the new Afghanistan-just not before elections.
