That probably depends on some very subjective judgements made by the agencies that handle this sort of thing.

Ok. Show me a law?

So you just want to wait until kids get fricked up more?

Are you trying to troll or something?

What laws are being broken?
My kids won't be subjected to this.
All most of us can do right now is speak up.

What can RogerTheShrubber do to stop this?

I’m not looking up that topic but there are limits to what you can legally expose children to. Play porn all day at home while they’re in the room and the state family agencies will take them out of the home.

But it hasn't YET

Bad parents have kids taken from them all the time.

Only when laws are broken or there is negligence. Show me someone who is taking kids away or laws preventing this.

You saying there is negligence and DHS saying there is, is 2 totally different things.

I'm talking about your post that I quoted.

However, it isn't against the law to be a bad parent.

I don't want laws preventing this. I want grown ups to speak out and act like adults.

Ok. Show me a law against being a bad parent. Not a negligant parent but a bad parent.

Family Services is too damned busy to worry about parents who take their kids to a drag show, no matter how inappropriate that may be. They are expending their (limited) resources trying to protect kids from parents who are too high or stoned or drunk to remember to feed the kids or who are using all their money on drugs rather than shelter or clothing for their kids.

If "drag shows" ever become an issue regarding child custody, it will happen in PRIVATE enforcement actions. Dad not liking that Mom takes the kids to a show, and seeking to convince a judge that this is evidence that the court should limit her possession periods, for instance.

On the contrary. Drag was always meant to be a freak show exhibition. An oddities and rarities type of show put on by men who wanted to mock the gays and trans of yesteryear.

Drag is basically the trans "blackface", but liberals haven't figured that out....yet . That's why I laugh anytime I see you liberal sissys glorify these events. By all means, keep making fun of trannys and how ridiculous they look/act!

That may very well be.

His statement is still incorrect. It's not necessarily against the law to be a bad parent would be accurate.

That doesn't sound like a private enforcement action.

Which is what I said is all we can do at this time. Other than that I can't spend all my time worrying about how other parents are fricking up their kids.

Correct. It can be against the law to be a bad parent.

Hopefully parents have to pay for the psychiatric care later in life.

Verbal shorthand for:

"In a SAPCR action between the parents of the child, in which one parent seeks to limit the periods of possession which are to be (or have previously been) awarded to the other parent, based upon an assertion that the second parent is somehow deficient either in sufficiently providing for the child or in failing to adequately protect the child from outside forces."

Better?

Its burlesque, period.

this child tranny thing is hopefully a fad that these fricking grownups get tired of soon, hopefully.

The lowest form of humanity is to use children to validate your sexual lifestyle.

A court action.

Whether it's a good thing or not, the state can and will take action if people cross a line in what they expose their children to. The line is probably wildly inconsistent, which is why I said earlier it was subjective, but it does exist.
