Dr. Fauci is a pragmatist. You do realize that Trump is acting completely irresponsible by mentioning discussing hydrochloroquine as a solution. He has opened himself up to massive civil liability and contrary to belief he is not immune to that liability.

While there are promising signs there reason studies are fine is that some therapies can often appear to provide relief at the cost of actually creating more havoc or even having intermediate effects that are devastating.

Is the FDA problematic and troublesome, absolutely.
