It will come roaring back by the end of the year, it's ran in cycles for 150 years.

I've always felt like this was a logical conclusion to controlling inflation. If this administration truly addresses inflation and it's causes, then when prices start to reign in, the stock market will inherently have to devalue as well. If anything has been inflated since the 2008 crash, it's the damn stock market.

Why would you keep your money in risky assets at retirement? Sounds like poor planning to me.

You better hope not. If this happens, there won't be anyone left to pay your bills.

In fact, if invested prudently in retirement, you would probably be close to flat or even up a bit.

I'm maxing out my 401k contributions as it heads down and will be looking for other things to pick up in the dip.

take a look at the past 4 years where investors were making hand over fist amounts of money while main street Americans got crushed with inflation, etc.

Most of the money in the stock market belongs to “Main Street Americans”.

Google searches show 70% belonging to the top 10%, but that cutoff is only $170,000 per year. The top 1% is only $700,000 per year.

The only one I'm concerned about (cause I'm withdrawing in a month) is my cabin fund.
