Well, this is the second poll released showing Jones with a lead, though I too doubt their accuracy. But, Jones had been closing the gap even before these allegations came out. Right now, I'd say the race is a toss up and will come down to if people are disgusted enough with Moore to go vote.
Also, Fox News doesn't actually conduct their poll. They pay a conservative group and a liberal group to do the polling and merges their results.

They ain't according to 538's rating of pollsters. FOX picks winners only 72% of the time for a B rating. Really not impressive at all compared to other polling sites.
