Masks are not about safety, they are about submission and control. A way to signal to your overlords and fellow citizens that you are easily controlled like a lamb to the slaughter.

Masks help limit spreading. It’s not really that hard to understand. Some of the stupid shite going on right now is casinos and restaurants being able to stay open but not bars. Oh and close by 10, as if it works differently at night. Surface contamination isn’t the main threat like originally thought but the aerosolization of it, which is why it’s hilarious you have to walk into a restaurant with a mask on only to take it off 6 seconds later.

Seeing more and more places not enforcing it anymore. Heck, my wife went to the dentist today and none of the office staff Nor patients were wearing masks.

Same. I feel like mask hatred is growing to the point where most people are being more offended by people wearing masks than not.

Tried to take my kids to play putt putt tonight, don't own a mask because I don't wear one. Dude said we had to have a mask to pay and could take it off outside. I offered to lift my shirt above my nose while making the transaction but that wasn't good enough for him despite the fact there is obviously zero fricking difference.

Damn right, and they're not going to just let go of their control. I've seen several stories online in the past few days where public health people are pushing the idea of retaining masks for things like the common cold and flu.
