You are right, but the fault is with those giving out the candy. Those with enough candy to allow them to randomly just give it away must have obtained it illegally on the black market. The government would have only allowed them to have what was a "fair share" for their individual utilization and not a ounce more.

If the candy is taken away to share with children who have an inability collect it like this wealthy, healthy girl, I don't have a problem with a partial confiscation for redistribution
* Kids with special needs.
* Kids who cannot get around.
* Kids without English skills to communicate during excurions.
* Kids too poor to afford a costume
* Kids in hospitals.
I DO have a problem with Donald Trump Jr taking it for the ONE PERCENT - LIKE HIMSELF.
