Nadler already admitted, yesterday, that the only real reason they are doing this is to keep it in front of the public and the fact that very few people will actually read the report. He feels by having Mueller say what is in the report it will reach more people.

I'm curious how the DOJ limitations will effect the Republican's questioning. Frankly, I can't see where it would prevent him from saying when they knew there was no collusion.

Considering all of that in your post, why hasn't Trump been impeached by this Democratic House?

I realize that some of you guys are really dumb and can't follow the plot, as a lot of people like you guys work under me and so I know you actually can't help it.

But also a large majority of you just lie to yourself about what is actually happening.

I wish we had a few of you that would just admit that you know Trump obstructed justice but you don't think that the crime is serious enough to get him removed from office or something to that effect.

But when you come up with these ridiculous motives about Mueller being a corrupt guy, etc. and all these people in our law enforcement and security services all being in on this grand deep state conspiracy against Trump,

you're just not dealing with enough facts to make it interesting for someone like me that is actually interested in adult fact based discussions.

Democrats are really in the process of impeaching Trump right now, it's just not official yet.

They are doing the best they can at getting additional witnesses, getting court rulings in their favor to uncover more of Trump's financial ties to Russia (that Mueller could not investigate) etc. etc.

In other words, building the case. They summon witnesses and when Trump refuses to let them testify, that is just more evidence that Trump is obstructing. Trump is continuing to build the case against himself and the Democrats are letting him.

They will eventually start official impeachment hearings in the House, so that they can have more power in forcing Trump's co-conspirators into testifying.

Its really not that hard to figure out is it?

P.S. Knowing that the republican led senate will not confirm the impeachment since this country is no longer about right and wrong but who has the majority.

But the democrats have to fulfill their constitutional duty to try to hold this president in check as the founding fathers intended.

Speaking of Democrats, can you tell me one thing they’ve done since they took back the house? What agenda items have they pushed forward?

I’ll wait.

Ah. I see you can’t answer so you just give a pathetic downvote. Pretty much. What I expected.

It will never happen. And you know it.

The Mueller report has been out for months dude. These house dems have had more than enough time to read it and digest it. Mueller's testimony is literally going to just be a rehashing of what everyone already knows from reading the report and listening to cable news paraphrase it.

It simply was not the silver bullet you thought it was.

BTW, your assertion that "mueller would have charged jr if he knew it was illegal" is flat out wrong. Mueller report clearly states first amendment issues with charging someone for accepting opposition research, and also the difficultly of proving in court that opposition research amounts to something of value.

Well that makes us even, because I wish we had a few of you that would just admit that this was all just a witch hunt from the outset...that this is just the product of a temper tantrum over the fact that you didn’t get your way in November, 2016.

She was a shitty candidate. THAT is why she lost. Get over it.

Correct, it's not that hard to create a wishful scenario in one's mind. Your assessment of what's going on flies in the face of reality.

Well of course you're ok with obstruction of justice, because it allowed your candidate to win.

And of course you were ok with Trump paying hush money to porn stars so those dirty secrets didn't get out to the voters because it helped him to win.

You can easily ignore the fact that Trump's lawyer that set the payments up has already been indicted for it, convicted for it and is in prison right now for it, while Trump was named as a "non-indicted co-conspirator".

Non-indicted co-conspirator doesn't mean proven innocent. It means that the only reason Trump wasn't indicted is because he couldn't be at the moment because he's POTUS.

That indictment will be waiting on him next year if he loses.

That's the difference between you and me. I'm a patriot and you're not. If this was Hillary I would be just as strong about getting to the truth and trying to impeach her as I am Trump now, even though I voted for her.

So you’re saying you believe Hillary should be in jail right now for destroying 32,000+ subpoenaed emails, bleach-bit her illegal private server, and had her aids take hammers and destroy their Blackberries?

So you wish Mueller wouldn't have investigated and uncovered exactly what Russian counter-intelligence did to influence the election to help Trump win?

Mueller found out exactly where the computer attacks originated even down to which specific Russian agents were responsible for the hackings.

Are you like Trump and just wish we had never uncovered the Russian assault on our democracy?

What a fine patriot you are.

Her punishment was losing the presidency to the worst candidate of all time.

I'll settle for the same for Trump.

Speaking of Russian interference, what are your thoughts on the fact Hillary hired a British agent to write a dossier with misinformation supplied by the Russians so she could use that information to influence the election?

Can you please fricking educate yourself?

Here is USA Today/DOJ reporter and no friend of DJT from a few days ago

Brad Heath
@bradheath
Guys, President Trump was not an "unindicted co-conspirator" in the criminal case against his former lawyer, Michael Cohen. The Justice Department didn't charge Cohen with conspiracy, so it didn't allege that he had co-conspirators, indicted or otherwise.

@bradheath
What the Justice Department alleged was that Cohen committed two felony campaign finance violations (to which he pleaded guilty) "in coordination with and at the direction of" Trump.

Brad Heath
@bradheath
The difference sounds semantic, but it isn't. In saying Trump directed Cohen to do something that was a crime, DOJ didn't express any views about Trump's own potential liability. When DOJ says someone is a co-conspirator, it is alleging they committed the crime of conspiracy.

But she committed a string of felonies. Are you good with her getting away with numerous felonies? Are we not all equal under the law?
