They forgot to also file what started this. Trump using a sharpie sticky notes. They said OMB.

Yes, Trump claimed he returned everything but wouldn't let them look in any boxes. And how is posting a picture of the files obstructing? Are you really trying to say they are obstructing their own case?
After SpyGate you really believe the DOJ when they claim Trump's lawyers are lying that in June the FBI looked at what they wanted, and asked for an extra lock?
Why would Trump's Lawyers lie about such a thing? They have it documented and on video.
Just because documents still hold TS markings does not make them TS.
The documents, that sure look like maybe Admiral Rogers letter about the Obama admin abuses of the FISA Court. As well as the unredacted 99-page letter of the Rosemary FISA Court judge excoriating Obama, were declassified.
You can't reclassify documents to obstruct as Biden tried to do.
This is a common argument between the nat archives and Presidents; regarding Presidential records the President declares over everybody. You don't raid a home because you hate your political opponent.
The democrats and their gestapo DOJ always accuse of what they themselves are guilty of.

The fact that Trumps lawyers weren't allowed to be present during the raid/search makes either story plausible.
What's your story? That the FBI suspected Trump had top secret docs but waited until just before the midterms to act?
