Was a power play by Rights Advocates who had no openness to inpatient treatment and care as it was inherently inhumane and must be prevented.

Am quite confident they are proud of their successes of de-institutionalization while owning nothing of overcrowded jails, prisons and the homeless.

Was around these folks and they were insane, very jihad like

I wonder how quickly properties will be purchased to have more mental health institutions around our area? Two rivers was closed and Signature Psychiatric Hospitals not that long ago. Maybe they will reopen.
