Executive immunity wasn't established until recently, so that quasi-immunity likely exists, but isn't really established yet...like how we assumed the executive immunity did exist prior to the Trump case establishing it.

"Treason" typically involves helping a foreign adversary or waging war. I doubt you are going to tie this to another country and courts have set a very high bar for what is considered "waging war". Likely sedition.

Treason does not have a statute of limitations in the United States, meaning a person can be charged with treason at any time, regardless of when the alleged act occurred.
