Uhh I don’t know.

I feel bad for his family, if he has one.

I'm not saying he caused everything, BUT...

thanks to him, people uneducated on ACTUAL statistical data, fanned by a deceitful media, and a political party hoping for all this shite...

forever now, they will have a video to show, memes to forward, and keep in their minds, a horrible incident of police mistreatment of a handcuffed black man. frick him!

How? I'm not doubting you, but I'd like to know why you think he's being railroaded.

I wouldn't donate to it and I think he killed the guy unintentionally, but there's going to be an interesting argument that he was using approved police procedure to subdue a suspect.

That's why I have been advocating that we are having the wrong conversation. We need to take a step back as a society and realize that we are giving authority to detain, arrest and use lethal force to a few people that are all around scum. Law enforcement needs a higher bar to enter.

Well he brought that on himself. Nobody should donate to a GFM for him.

The only people who should have GFM’s are innocent people whose businesses have been looted and destroyed by the ANTIFA pieces of shite

I am pretty sure that all of the reports have said that he wasn’t using proper police procedure. From what I have read your knee is supposed to be across the shoulder blades and not on the suspect’s neck.

How are they going to prove murder when the autopsy report says “natural causes”?

Seriously? The guy would have died with Derek Chauvin's knee on his neck?

The maneuver is allowed by his department ONLY when the subject is actively resisting. So, he was out from under the covering of that policy or so it appears.

Yes,the businesses will need help. The hell with that cop and the rioters. They all belong in jail. This is what happens when there's no law and order from the top down. The FBI, the corrupt politicians, etc... there's no accountability on anyone anymore. Half of Congress probably belongs in prison for corruption. Illegal immigration ? They don't enforce it. Nobody enforces anything. I guess the people WILL have to take over but it won't end like Antifa thinks..

Someone posted the policy and it specifically mentions pinning the neck.

The issue is was he bound by policy to roll him over once secure. We don’t know what the deceased did up until the video but my guess is Chauvin will argue that every time they tried to let him up he started resisting again.

If that's the case, I take back my comment that it will be an interesting argument. I am far from an authority on police procedure. My comment that we should have a higher bar for law enforcement professionals remains.

I still think what Chauvin did is bull shite but I'm not going to lie here.

The shite going down right now isn't exactly making me wish for less of it.

Yes. I know that's pretty much an emotional reaction. My point is simply that I see a BUNCH of people on the streets right now that I wish were on the receiving end of a Chauvin pin.

Those that believe Chauvin is "getting railroaded" are going to be eating a lot of crow when the underlying facts are exposed to sunlight .....

Chauvin and Floyd worked together at the same business ... the business was a front for a complex, illegal operation ... and when the details of that front go mainstream, the very last thing that will pop into your head will be "Chauvin was railroaded" ...

In fact, if I haven't missed my guess, Chauvin is about to receive the Epstein treatment ...
