This played out like it was scripted from the beginning. They "hired" someone they feel is a Trump supporter for the sole purpose of creating this melodrama where all of their top on air talking heads in unison lashed out at "the man" to get rid of Ronna.

This was staged IMO

Yup, just like espn hiring Rush. Not that a comparison between Rush and Mcfailure makes any sense, but the same behind the scenes production

It shows that it isn’t just moronic Gen Z leftists who believe the employees can bully the employers.

Except in this situation.. the employers are cuck leftists too.

Their whole premise on why to reject her is idiocy since the networks are full of ex democrat staffers.

They even had the audacity to say “she has credibility issues that she still has to deal with.” Really MSNBC? Really??

But she is a Romney. Soo. Whatever.

Then why the hell did they hire her to begin with if they felt that way?

They were never gonna hire her specifically because she said, in the past, that the 2020 election was not fair. That can’t be allowed, even though she renigged like a ho wer. They wanted to display, to the imbeciles that watch their show, that they have no part with republicans and it’s a religion pillar that the 2020 election was legit.

I'm unclear on why there was an uproar. It's pretty common for former political consultants, campaign staff, and administration members to get gigs as talking heads on cable news. What made this one any different?

And while we are at it, how is this any different than cyber bullying? They put her on the air, give her the 3rd degree, and then have all of their prime time commentators spend hours bashing her on national television. Then they dismiss her in a very public fashion. Hell, it was on NPR this morning.

The national media is essentially a collection of "Mean Girls".

I refuse to look at everything as a set up or planned. Obviously anything is possible looking at all that happens in DC.

Here’s Megyn Kelly’s excellent take on MSDNC’s hypocritical protests against Ronna McDaniel. It’s a little over 12 minutes.

No one listens to nor watches those shows. And if you do, you've already had your head in the sand.

The executives hired her. The dimwit hosts (which makes it more hilarious) claimed the credibility problem.

Then the cuck executives caved to the employees and even apologized.

So it’s evident the inmates are running the asylum over there.

They set up McDaniel for a huge lawsuit. Talk about toxic work environment. Pretty textbook there.

She should sue and NBC will have to pay.

What the head of NBC News should have done was sat every one of those anchors down with an HR-generated performance improvement plan. He should have reminded them who was in charge and who does the hiring. If they don’t like it, they can leave but that would be breaking their contracts. If they comment on any hiring on the air, they’re subject to termination. He should’ve also reminded them that there are a ton of people in the organization and outside of it who would gladly take their jobs.

Total failure of leadership.

There's no way they think she is a Trump supporter. They thought they were getting a kind of Anna Navarro, someone who labels herself a republican but will badmouth Trump at every turn.

But unlike Navarro, she actually has a few (very few) actually conservative views, so she had to be shut down.

It's a strong message to all of us. If they are willing to wig out and do this kind of thing to RINna, they'll do it to anyone who isn't a democrat.

The HHTM types don't get this. They think everything will go back to 50's style 'decorum' if they just get rid of Trump. As Trump would say, WRONG!

It’s a strong message to politicians “Better not speak against the State propaganda or your career will be over when you are no longer in office.”

Rush was on ESPN for about 2 months before he committed the cardinal sin of saying what everyone was thinking but afraid to say (that Donovan McNabb was overrated and that the media overhyped him because he was black)

No. The hosts know their audience is a cult and this would poke a hole in it.
