Do you know someone who wouldn’t hurt a fly but is pro-abortion ?

Seems to be there are many on the left (mostly women) who are staunch animal lovers but are pro-abortion.
Know any of these people?
I wonder if they ever thought of a fetus as being like a defenseless baby animal? If they haven’t , why might they not have the same compassion?
Do you think it would be effective for the pro-life movement to try to make the connection?
Fun fact: almost no countries permit the death penalty for rapists.

I think it stems from a fear they might have an unintended pregnancy and want all options on the table, honestly.

Pro-Abortionists and Nazis have a common trait. Both strongly supported the killing of innocent and defenseless humans.

Nope. No one does. If they’ll murder a baby, they damn sure hurt a fly- or murder you- and not think twice about it.

I worked with an AWFL around 2010 (before I knew the term AWFL). She was an avid outspoken supporter of a womans right to choose with zero restrictions. In the local news a young couple had let their new born die and an investigation was on going. The baby was only a couple weeks old. We were discussing this news and she was outraged at the couple. I asked her point blank "What had changed for the baby in the 2+ weeks it had been outside the womb that made her think it now had value"? She looked at me for a second, stood up, called me every derogatory name in the book and stormed out. Never did find out what changed to make her think it had value.

What has always been odd to me is the republicans are for killing everything on earth except babies and democrats are for protecting everything on earth but babies.
