Rented bike that can be traced, shell casings and live rounds left behind, Starbucks visit, and a water bottle and food wrapper? This was no professional and he will be caught.

They shouldn’t give an interview and claim spousal privilege

Yeah I’m sort of surprised he hasn’t been caught yet.

There are significantly more unsolved murders than CSI tv shows would have you believe.

that is the last thing he would do.

he left the state by car and is long gone now. or should be.

most likely took a flight out of country by now.

I don't think anyone going to Starbucks before an execution or even work, is very smart. JMHO.

People are missing that this is an intentional diversion. While the cops were running prints at Starbucks he was taking a flight to Miami and then somewhere in South America.

And you can bet your bottom dollar that the gun is somewhere in the Hudson or East River

The shell casings he "dropped" were decoys (as were the candy wrappers and what not). The shell casings were probably fired from some poor baw's gun at a range somewhere and that guy will be interrogated by the Feds as the killer quietly slips away.

I could be wrong, but I doubt he leaves all that stuff behind by accident. Whether this dude was a hired gun or not, he had it too well planned out to leave shite behind.

He knew the CEO would be there. The meeting wasn't until 8am. Shooter had the place staked out.
yep. But the guy's security was pretty shitty. He was proud of who he was and wanted everybody to know it.

He was getting threats, but damn- a CEO of a terrible health insurance company? I mean, yeah... duh.

My question that would change my probability between paid-for hit vs. disgruntled and determined pissed off guy would be: Why did he leave the hotel when he did in casual clothes?

If he left because he got a phone call baiting him to leave I'd change my pick to paid-for hit, probably by wife in money grab/divorce scenario.

If he left the hotel, in casual clothes, at 6:40 am to run down to the coffee shop as part of his routine, I'm sticking with disgruntled-but-determined customer.

My question won't be answered unless he/she is caught because that would be a key piece of info the police will sit on as not to warn the shooter, possibly their payer.

Wasn’t there a bystander in the video? It’s definitely coordinated, not random. Either someone wanted him gone from the investigation or it was someone who lost someone that had his insurance company.
