Ignore the judges and start exterminating these illegal thugs asap..

That’s the obvious counter move.
Sweep them up, hold them in ice facilities in FL where DeSantis is deputizing masses of new temporary judges for this purpose and move them through while telling them if they don’t like it they can leave by rescinding their request for a hearing.
If they’re truly fleeing for their life Im sure they’d be happy for the safety of a holding facility.
I always get downvoted for this, but the bottleneck is the lack of Immigration Judges. This has been long known. Obama's efforts to ramp up deportation created the backlog, which continued into Trump's first Administration.
The system and due process aren't the problem. Not having enough tools to make the system work is the problem. Why isn't that being addressed?

Remember that Bipartisan Immigration Bill that Trump killed?
The one that allowed 5,000 a day before the president could do anything?
The one that gave even more stupid money to NGOs to assist illegals coming in?
Yeah I remember that piece of shite bill.

If the money is good enough I'll do it.
I'll give each one of them 5 minutes of due process before I sign the order of deportation.

Because the GOPe doesn’t want them removed.
Their donors want them as cheap labor here.
The establishment is very good at hiding their true motives behind a veneer of incompetence.

frick Turtle. Notice how he and Tillis and all the other RINOs voted to confirm all of Biden and Obama’s picks for everything.

That's the best explanation. The question is why hasn't Trump 2.0 even proposed adding immigration judges through temporary hires or deputizing current Executive Branch judges/lawyers?

Did I miss something based on Trump’s statement?
Mike Davis said SCOTUS punted and we have to wait and see how much notice, if any, the appeals court decides to give the criminals before deportation. He didn’t say anything about due process for them.

Oh yeah? The bill that the Dems wanted that included amnesty? The bill Biden needed to control illegal immigration? The bill Trump did not need to control illegal immigration? And bipartisan?

Same.
I could take a 6 month LOA from my firm to do it.

This 100%! It is very simple and basic. Charge the CEOs that violate with felonies with the potential for jail time and this crap will end overnight.

Start building prisons in the middle of the desert out in no where land where the employees have to be flown in and make them miserable places to be and put every damn one of them in them. Better yet, make it an island.

Build a giant tent city in Alaska and hold illegals there until trial.
I would gladly pay tax dollars for that.
