I've always felt like security clearances should be revoked when someone leaves government. The person should have to reapply and have the necessity assessed before reissuing it.

It is on the basis of this that many calls to investigate any fraud after 2020 were dismissed because of "no evidence" and all claims were "fraudulent" and cost several people lots of money, their careers, and their licenses.
Never mind he has ties to King & Spaulding (in Atlanta and a bunch of former DOJ lawyers from Obama years) and Microsoft.
