I did watch the video.
They specifically speak to military and national intelligence, accuse the administration of threatening the constitution and implore their audience to refuse "illegal orders" directly after implying admin47 is issuing "illegal orders".
It was a well crafted, particularly directed invitation to suborn insubordination within the ranks of our military and intelligence community.
