He has actually increased his articulation since 2016. He does not go off on tangents as much and finishes points. There has been no degradation in his speaking ability. He has always oratorically meandered in his speech patterns. I understand that this can be frustrating to people that expect at least normative sentence and paragraph structure in political speech. Most politicians can give that. Especially Vivek. He is an expert in pollical articulation. He put's all politicians to shame. But on the other hand there are many times that Trump's oral tangents lead to many funny and entertaining moments. So there's that.

For one thing he didn't do it sarcastically. If you watch him speaking it was clear he mixed them up. He also mixed up Hungary and Turkey at the same time, was that "sarcastic" as well?
Trump is making mental mistakes. It happens as you age. My Dad would always say his "CRS" was acting up, "Can't Remember shite".
Trump is sharper than Biden but he's also 3 years younger than Biden. That's not the comparison that matters. The comparison is Trump vs DeSantis. Trump can just go and do a debate with DeSantis anytime and show just how sharp he is.
I do like how he found some rando Doctor though to give him a clean bill of health and we are supposed to just trust it and ignore what we can see with our eyes and hear with our ears.
