Trump's cognitive ability is fine. You are probably comparing your experience with people that were regular drinkers and smoke pots approaching the age of 80. Their cognitive abilities are usually shot by 80 if they make it that far. Their brains are filled with malted barely, hops and sinsemilla by 60.
Trump does not do drugs or drink alcohol. It's likely his heart or lungs will go out before his brain.
