Please let us know what foreign nation or government has invaded the territory of the United States. Please also provide the date that it occurred.

The judges standing derives from the fact that his daughter makes money off illegal aliens only while they are in the USA….

What if the admin improperly used the statutory authority to designate them terrorists? Would that change your question at all?

What pieces “might” be deficient in improperly labeling TdA a terrorist organization operating on US soil?

These are Venezuelan gang members, right? When did the government of Venezuela invade the USA?

Then they should have no problem presenting this evidence in court.

It's a major stretch that may fall within the limits of how our terribly-worded statutes on the issue permit labeling.

It's at the very outer rim of the statue, though. If they can be declared terrorists, any alleged criminal operating on American soil can be declared a terrorist, essentially. I don't want the DEMs having that sort of power

Miller addressed this. Trump also has on repeated occasions. These governments have not sent their best. They have emptied their prisons insane asylums, sound familiar?

They were sent by the Venezuelan government. Predatory Incursion.

Maduro has admitted he released prisoners into America at the behest of the Biden Admin. To be clear, I don’t think Biden himself requested this, I believe the folks who actually ran the country while potato Joe ate ice cream on the beach did.

If words matter to you, why did you cut off the next phrase to try to change the meaning of the words?

Too late, they’ve already labeled every Christian white male as such.

There is no "due process" for illegal aliens. Yes, some get a trial. Most are deported without any judicial inquiry taking place to expedite the process.

I would speculate that a president's order takes precedence over the order of a judge or even a justice, at least until such time that the president is removed from office.
You would be wrong.

The Alien Enemies Act strips that due process. If I understand correctly, the ACLU and whoever else is suing is stating that the AEA shouldn't be applied and the ~200 people that were on the flight should get put into normal removal proceedings. If the AEA doesn't apply then it was an unlawful removal, if it does apply then Trump can continue doing what he is doing.

Arizona v. United States made it painfully clear that Fedgov is in complete change of immigration. State Department is in control.

At the time I hated that Arizona judgment.
