Casting zero stones.

I just don't quite understand how God sent us Donald Trump.

If God exists, and he interjects himself into the events of creation, he has much bigger fish to fry than a presidential election in one nation on one planet in an infinite universe at one point in time in the 14 billion year history of existence.

How extraordinarily arrogant of us to think otherwise

You won't understand most of what He does--it's not your job to do so.
Your charge is to have faith in Him and to lead a Godly life.

Yes I did pray.

Make no mistake - dodging a Clinton presidency could be compared to the Germans not dodging Hitler.

That is easy.

Grasp this concept. Clinton has all the empathy of Adolf Hitler except Hitler liked dogs.

I didn't know the Grammys had the effect on the world like the office of president does. Learn something new every day.

Yes.at 6:10 AM as I stood in line waiting for my station to open. For the first time since I was in Afghan. I felt selfish for only praying when I felt I need it, but it was important. I said I was more so praying that they wouldn't be able to cheat, and that I hoped we didn't need help to get enough votes on our own, but if we did, to please intervene.

Roger, it's not arrogant at all. You're characterizing God with man-like traits; He's so much bigger than that.

There is nothing under the sun that is not important to God. No prayer request is too small for Him. He already knows what's in our hearts and minds, and He longs for us to come to Him to talk things over.

When 1 Thessalonians 5:17 tells us to pray without ceasing, it is instructing us to make prayer a habit--to not consider any situation too big or too small to take to the Lord.

Ok then, address the other issues.

God himself, interjected himself into an election. 1 election in 1 nation over a, what, 3000 year history? And in the grand course of history, he decided to sway history in the favor of....Donald Trump?

I think it goes without saying that Donald is the antithesis of Jesus. One might say he NEEDS prayers now more than ever.

If that's your inclination, of course.
