Did you ever wondered why the R’s didn’t investigate corruption while holding congress?

the McCarthy/Scalise audio tape explains why. When you have two R Congressman discussing the banning of other Republican congress members from social media (Twitter) for calling out the Jan 6th BS, when McCarthy and Scalise are talking about protecting Cheney and Kinzinger from Republican criticism, McCarthy scheming to get the president to resign….well, it all makes sense why no serious investigations into government corruption took place in 2016-18.
Imagine the shite that was never recorded when these uniparty Recucklicans were discussing preserving the status quo and ousting the President.
If the R’s get control of Congress in 2022 and McCarthy is speaker of the house…..I suppose we’ll have to accept/admit the Republican Party has to be dealt with before we can ever hope to beat back the American Marxist/Groomer Party.

The R's are just as deep in the corruption as the D's and always have been.
None of the GOP leadership wanted Trump and it wasn't just because of his caustic personality.
Trump would have gladly exposed them as well if he could have.

Trump better bring some loyal and well vetted people with him if he runs and gets re-elected because I expect the anti Trump forces are going to be fully prepared the second go round.

in Louisiana, if everyone knows about this Scalise tape, he might be done. His district might be different than where I am, but I know people around here are not fond at all of slimy politicians. Bill Cassidy is practically a cuss word now around people I know.

The Bureaucratic dec is stacked, BT; the whole Deep State would have to be fired. Can't happen; too many dependent people. Government jobs used to be viewed as the 'easy' low energy/minimal guaranteed retirement way back when I was young. Other than the high up Politicos who realized how big a payoff the Grift could be, as most came out of serious war and were honest. Power corrupted them.
It will take a collapse and reboot to clean out the corrupted System. And none of us respect Constitutional Rule of Law want to start that painful process; though the Dems will crash the Private economy in order to "fundamentally change" it to total Government rule (I.e. Fascist). That will get ugly quick.

Scalise nearly lost his life from a Bernie Sanders campaign worker who went all the way to Washington just to murder Republicans at a baseball field.
