Videos of people driving over protesters blocking the road sustains me.

The only problem is her lowering herself to their level .... Or she was justified in showing them the following with her one finger salute.
1. The results of their last sperm count. (Thank God end of that gene pool.)
2. The results of their last IQ Test result.
3. The count on one hand of the total number of friends they can count on.
4. The number of relatives that are alive.
5. The result of their most recent SAT and ACT tests.
I was telling a close friend that the only thing that sets me off in a traffic situation is the one finger salute. He rattled off the list above and it has driven me to the point to where, I go through the list each time someone decides to demonstrate the IQ capability of the average Democrat Voter.

The second clip of someone hanging onto her Vehicle passenger-side window as she drove down the road -- it's hilarious.
Also, There is another video closer to the beginning where the guy is shown, willingly (not forcibly) jumping onto the hood of the car and punching her windshield, in addition to the girl in front of the vehicle kicking the bumper that could have caused the airbags to deploy.
No way, anyone can prove intent "of attempted murder" when a mob swarms your vehicle and people are kicking and punching your car; attempting to open the door. What happens if they managed to get in the car? Can we speculate to that?
Driver panicked and lost control of vehicle is a far easier argument to make based on evidence then "dude, bro she turned to run him over"; even though the perpetrator that was 5 seconds previously punching her windshield, was not harmed.
The video also shows plenty of evidence of vandalism and attempted battery, evident by the idiot holding onto the window trying to get into her vehicle.
If anything, the mob should be facing charges for creating the whole confrontation and subsequent behavior.
