Did the FBI ever confirm that the Russians hacked the DNC?

Because this is what the entire Mueller MUH Russians investigations is supposed to be riding on.
And when Papadizzle talked to Downer about the emails from the DNC server in the London bar, this is what kicked off the counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign. (BTW, Andrew Downer is now denying this).
The entire MUH Russians narrative is riding on the fact that the Russians hacked the DNC server. But the DNC did not hand the serves over to the FBI and allow them to investigate. Instead the DNC hired a DNC/Hillary IT contractor Crowdstike to investigate the DNC hack and Crowdstrike not surprisingly concluded that "yes" the DNC was hacked by the Russians.
So, again has the FBI confirmed that the Russians hacked the DNC servers?

They never even verified that the Dems got hacked.
They took the word of the contractors used by the DNC that it had been hacked.

No, the FBI only confirmed that a private company told them that Russia hacked the DNC server, the FBI never actually examined the server themselves and thus can't confirm shite.

There is a lot of speculation that the stuff sent to Wikileaks was an inside job. Possibly a Bernie supporter. I know you aren't referring to that stuff but it is related.
That count Wasserman Schulz refused to cooperate and hand over information and servers. The FBI believes the DNC was hacked by foreign operatives but lacked cooperation by the DNC to figure out who.

I know.
Early on I posted an excellent article by The Nation (a very liberal outlet) that used available metadata from the server and the experts they interviewed concluded that it was an internal hack. The file transfer rate was too high to be an outside job. The hack had to come from the inside.
And we all know who that Bernie supporter was.

Negative. There was no mention of emails at all per Downer. Someone in the FBI purposely leaked false info to the press about that which seems to be a reoccurring theme.

That entire situation was a joke.
I have NEVER heard of the FBI not taking physical custody of computer in a hacking case. EVER.
This is how those things are typically handled. The FBI takes physical custody of the server and then mirrors the hard drive(s) and puts the original server in storage and runs a forensic analysis on the copy. Because having physical custody of the unmanipulated original hard drive is THAT important when making a case.
The FBI didn't even take custody of the DNC server , which tells a thinking person the DNC didn't actually want their server investigated.

But but but all 17 Intelligence Agencies agreed!!! Didn't each of these 17 Intelligence Agencies each individually verify these claims?? Are you trying to tell me that all 17 of these Intelligence Agencies just took the word of this contractor? Even Coast Guard Intelligence? You can't honestly tell me that the Coast Guard Intelligence didn't independently verify that the Russians hacked the DNC.
