I had an African professor in college who used to say that American blacks as a group were basically dumb to keep playing the racial victim card. He said that they would confine themselves to being at the bottom while their politicians exploit them laughing all the way to the bank.....literally

A former coworker who immigrated from Ghana had an extremely low regard for American blacks. She would say things that would make the KKK grand wizard blush.
And FYI, the most highly educated group in the US is Nigerian immigrants.

I saw a piece about this very topic where educated African students studying in America openly mocked their black American counterparts. They called them lazy and entitled, and a bunch of spoiled brats.

Probably because most of these leftists have never lived in a predominately black country.
Instead of people blaming their own decisions for their shitty existence it is easier to blame whitey.
Study in school, make good grades.
Dont do drugs.
Dont start a family until you can afford to raise the child without government assistance.
Get a job, work hard at it, learn everything you can and do more than you are asked.
And you will be successful in America. If you instill these same traits into your children they will exceed your accomplishments.
