A tabletop exercise (TTX) is exactly that, scenarios drive discussion around a table to allow stakeholders to work through a scenario. “If this, then ____, then ____, etc…” Doesn’t sound like DHA is saying they will be hacking on Election Day.

Let me guess...they accidentally wipe the voting records in all of the predominantly RED counties? Then say sorry nothing we can do about it. And if you go try to vote again, they say sorry, you've already voted, can't let you vote again.
