you carry an ak 47 on a public street during a protest and then proceed, as witnesses confirmed, to raise the rifle, you deserve to get shot.
Marty Robbins told us this story 61 years ago.
Big Iron On His Hip:LINK Youtube
And the swiftness of the ranger is still talked about to-day
Texas Red had not cleared leather when a bullet fairly ripped
And the rangers aim was deadly with the big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip
It was over in a moment and the folks had gathered round
There before them lay the body of the outlaw on the ground
Oh he might have gone on living but he made one fatal slip
When he tried to match the ranger with the big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip.

This guys reflex kicked in. AK pointed at you. He Takes action. He really squeezed 5 off quick. From the video those shots sounded like the AK.

The left HATES people like Sgt. Perry.
Prepare for them to do their best to dox him, his family, and friends so they can reign hell on them.

Can we give this guy a silver star for action vs. the terrorist group BLM?

I wasn't there, but I also donb't take a press release by a criminal defense lawyer as gospel truth.
Usually this board doesn't either, except when it does.
Honestly, dead guy is an idiot, but I'm sure the truth lies somewhere between all stories.

Bet you a paycheck he wasn't discharged "to be Mitchell's full-time caretaker" that may be what he did after getting booted but he got booted.

Which part seems suspect?
You think he was lying about the driving gig?
I mean we have pictures and video of douchebag pointing the AK at him pre bullets to his hat stand....
What are we doubting exactly?

Since when do they grant discharges to people to be the full-time caretaker of someone they’re not even related to?

Soldier's Medal would be fitting. And promote him and do it in the White House.

Mitchell had all four of her limbs amputated
Glad he killed the AK47 wielding communist bastard.
Also glad the girl wasn’t there to catch a round though...He’d be in jail for shooting an unarmed individual.

I've heard of hardship discharges before, in some cases with a sick or disabled spouse, but he would have needed to be married to her, to get that. Also, in her situation, they would have been better off, if he were in The Air Force, better medical care and benefits. He got booted.
