Stout thinks they should have all of those things in rehab
Stout has hired and worked with addicts way more than any of you. I have posted about it before. I have two people from a sober living facility working on one of my rent houses today repainting it.
Guess what? Addictive legal drugs are commonly used to ween people off of harmful illegal drugs. I mentioned Suboxone earlier as it is very common in any rehab facility. I have spoken to several of them about it and other drugs they are prescribed to treat their addiction.

Is there any defending this?
Yes, please listen to a short video about the side effects of marijuana brought to you by Pfizer.

Im looking at the first line of the story and it says sober living facilities,
The stupid shits on this board don’t read. They just have somebody read the headline or topic line to them and then run around with diarrhea of the mouth claiming DeSantis is controlled by Soros, the Swamp, Paul Ryan, the Easter Bunny, and any other name that comes to their mind (see the tobacco company line above).
Just imagine how incredibly fricking stupid you have to be to believe those things…. Then ask yourself if those people actually read anything besides the chain emails that come into their inbox.
These people are the stupidest of the stupid.

Not giving marijuana in rehab.
You have zero experience or knowledge on what addicts go through or what is used to ween them off and are only defending this because Ron signed the bill and in your mind all MJ is bad.
You are being purposely obtuse because this was pulled by Ron

The title says it was only for rehab facilities. Can you guys read?

Says the guy that was proud of himself for deducing that this bill only affects rehab facilities by reading the article even though the title of the thread said so.

Nah. frick cannabis.
You don't have to use it but if it is part of a regimen to ween people off of harder drugs then what is wrong with it?
Guess we should say "frick methadone and suboxone" too

Cool
It's still a losing position if Trump says it too
Especially in a case like this where it is being used safely to ween addicts off of harder illegal drugs

Actually there are many types of recovery facilities. I have a family member in one now relearning how to walk after an accident. I was pointing out the first line that says sober living facility. So yes. you remain a moron.

Sorry you lack reading comprehension, ryan.

To addicts. You don't prescribe addictive substances to addicts. It's a mistake. And yes, marijuana is addictive. Just like alcohol, cocaine, opiates and gambling.
You're such a fig and have no clue what you're talking about.

No one in this thread defending this has any idea what they are talking about.
Again, less harmful substances have been prescribed and used for years to ween addicts off of street drugs. Some of them are still addictive but still safer than illegal narcotics.

Marijuana weens people off of drugs like beer weens alcoholics from hard liquor.
In other words, it doesn't.
Marijuana doesn't belong in sober living facilities.
And I say this as someone who's high on marijuana right now.

THC has been a major contributor to the destruction of our society and continuing dumbing down of our country. It can cause psychosis and schizophrenia. Long-term use of it is terrible for the brain. I used to be okay with it when I was more of a libertarian but since doing research on it I’ve realized how horrible marijuana can be.
Tobacco has been under assault for decades and is far less dangerous and is actually beneficial to many people but now we want cannabis everywhere and it’s pushed everywhere. That’s fishy to me. Our country was great when we smoked tobacco.

No. I understand the methods done to get people out of their addictions. I’m just against marijuana.
