Tom, I have never understood this either. If Im a person of small stature physically, I would never stand close to the tracks until the train stops, yet you see this all the time, and frequently on a cell oblivious to their surroundings.

Could be. I still have my doubts that the choice of an Asian victim was random. I think the perception is that they will be docile. I could be wrong though
