Which part of the above policy statements do you find most threatening to the 1st amendment?

The Trump administration would never lie to the American people! The most transparent administration in the history of the U.S. Even though every administration has lied to the American people, they are different.

Better than Kamala you shitheads!!

What do you think you'll find? A robust sector of the American economy that provides jobs to working Americans while supplying the greatest military on earth with the hardware it needs to maintain American superiority over our enemies?

No. You think you're gonna find a Joo making more money than you think they should.

any journalist must not report on anything that happens in the pentagon without Hegseth's permission.

Any journalist or just one who has a credential to be physically present in the pentagon?

I'll give you an example: back in the 80's the Pentagon was being tripled billed by the manufacturer of the Bradley. It was an Air Force whistleblower that helped break that story with none other than Bill Oreilly. It revealed all kinds of problems with the procurement process and vulnerabilities with corruption. The pentagon hated that story getting out .You think that kind of story could come out now?

What would be different? If a whistleblower wants to go on a nightly news show and blow his whistle, if the anchor isn’t a credentialed member of the pentagon press corps, what difference do these new rules make?

Im not going to argue the constitutionality of it. We will see if this gets challenged in court.....but as as tax payer and someone who still believes in the 4th estate's as a necessary check on government (even an era where its failing), I see these policy decisions as shitty.

You sure? Seems like exactly where your concerns are rooted.

Awww, are you sad the legacy media destroyed itself and it's credibility? Are you going to be able to cope with independent media reporting news? However will you be able to deal with viewpoints not fed to you by the MSM?

Imagine being sad that legacy media is dead.

You think that certain brands have a constitutional right over the press?

How does more independent press = a limitation of press access?

The requirement of all Pentagon personnel (with limited exceptions) to seek approval from the department's central legislative affairs office before communicating with members of Congress, is actually the one I have the biggest issue and that doesnt even apply to journalist directly.

Whoever pushes that audit should be prepared to suffer a fatal "accident," or "commit suicide."

Today our glorious president inspired the troops by running a 4 minute mile and bench pressing his own body weight of 190 pounds.

Was this a reference to Biden? Bragging aka lying about how many pushups he can do? Trying to ride a bike and falling. Trying to walk and falling. Challenging people who criticize him at town halls to fist fights etc?

Can you link this one? I haven't seen it so I don't know the details.

Is this concern centered around whistleblower protection?
