Then Trump pulled that proposal when Stephen Miller decided it didn't include enough reductions of legal immigration.
No sir.

The deal was pulled when Trump found out the $25B was not real. It was restricted and/or approved but not funded.

Trump repeatedly offered Dreamer solutions in exchange for a wider border deal. Dems said "no dice!" So Dreamers, who Obama outed, now appear to be hosed.

9th Circuit prevented Trump from resending by executive order Obama's executive order that protected them.
SCOTUS refused to hear the case.

As long as the courts are allowing them to stay, the democrats don't have to deal on that issue.

So you think it has a lot to do with exposure? It's not like ISIS throwing tGays off rooftops is a big secret.

Temporary and court are the key words, that my friend will go away very soon.

He has seven specific points he wants on immigration, all reasonable, and for it he was willing to offer a pathway to citizenship for all eligible dreamers, which includes those enrolled, as well as those who are qualified but have not enrolled.

I personally highly doubt half the dreamers take the path to citizenship if offered, hell 10% have already had that revoked, which is darn tough to do. They will just try and stay illegally and mooch off the govt, same as their parents, and we will have to round them up and throw their arse out with the msm screamin all the way.

And the argument the dems are holding them for leverage for voting is asinine, they cant vote, well legally that is.

You must have missed the part about how when the real bill came out Miller had added a sharp reduction in legal immigration that had not been agreed upon.

You must have missed it, because the other option is you're ignorant as fuuuuuck.

NC is correct, read your own attachment, not the clickbait headline. The "massive reduction in legal immigration"is a reduction in "chain" migration not overall legal immigration. One can argue chain migration is worse than the illegals themselves, because they sponsor their elderly parents, who cant speak english, have no skills, and are sick.

$25M would have sealed it. There was no $25M. It was a shell game. Trump attempted to negotiate that out. No dice. There was no $25B. There was not going to be $25B. The $25B was phony baloney. Once Trump was on to it, the jig was up. Dems had no intention in doing a deal taking Dreamers off the table. They don't give a rat's arse about Dreamers. They just care about perpetuating the Dreamer issue as a talking point.

Which means it was offered at one point. So Dems had an opportunity and they blew it.

Dems screwed the dreamers trying to help future illegals. Not surprised.

Unfortunately Wrong!

SCOTUS refused to hear the case.

Therefore the DACA bullshite will stay in place until the next Democrat extends it to be even larger.

If he proposed a deal today for $25B for the wall in exchange to a path to citizenship for Dreamers >95% of all Democrats would vote for it tomorrow.

The Dems don't have to deal on that because the 9th Circuit stayed Trumps resending of Obama's EO

Then SCOTUS refused to hear the case which basically keeps DACA in place forever.

Therefore from the Dems side offering to make DACA more perm is a hollow offer
