So Ted Cruz got on a plane to Cancun. I get it, its bad optics and I am not defending him. However...
...is it worse than lying about serving in Vietnam like Richard Blumenthal did, hero to the left?
...is it worse than diddling little kids and having sex with them, like democrat champion Robert Menendez?
...is it worse than insider trading like GOPe favorite Richard Burr?
...is it worse than working in conjunction with Russian Oligarchs to frame Trump for Russian collusion and illegally leaking documents like the Steele Dossier to the media like Mark Warner did?
...is it worse than having direct ties with Chinese spies like Dianne Feinstein?
...is it worse than sleeping with Chinese spies like Eric Swallwell?
...is it worse than drunk driving a girl off a bridge to her death like democrat god Ted Kennedy?
I don't think it is, yet the "resign" drumbeat is only beating one direction right now.

They scored a win on the optics they could use against him if he ran for POTUS in 2024.
Piling on him for something relatively minor, if anything at all, will only backfire on them. He's got the capability to stand up for himself. This might make him stronger for 2024.

Why would he resign? That would be the death of his career. Most of his constituents don't care, and when we see the joke that the dems will run against him: Repubs will have no choice but to vote for Cruz.

It is time someone comes out and blames the career politicians that have sent our tax dollars to every GD country on earth while completely ignoring our ancient infrastructure issues. Anyone that blames Ted Cruz for the failures in Texas is beyond reproach. We truly are loving in a fricking clown world.

I am not really even a Ted Cruz fan, I think he is controlled opposition. But its hilarious how democrats the past 2 days have acted like what he did was the worst thing ever.
