Don't get your hopes up. This only allows the continued use of the database. States still have to request verification. So states like Cali will just not use it.

What about Georgia? Arizona? Wisconsin? Michigan? We know Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts won't use it.

Depends on each state's election laws. Counties like Fulton in georgia could opt out if the rules arent explicit.

I dont think so, the verification database is only made available for those who wish to use it. I would think not using it doesn't constitute suspicion of voter fraud.

I didnt see that. It should be able to be used in a limited sense. It cannot purge voter rolls within 90 days though.
