Let's pretend for a moment that I, ShortyRob decided to make it my number 1 goal to "dismantle institutional racism.
Can someone give me a top 3 of what the frick that means I actually need to do?

Do you believe something called “culture” exist?
If you do believe in the concept of “culture” , do you believe all cultures are the same?
If you allow for differences in culture , explain how those differences in culture may be the cause for different outcomes with some of those outcomes being less than optimal for success (let’s settle on educational and financial as the criteria of success for the purposes of this conversation).
Now I’ll ask you (if you’ve manage to go this far with me)to explain to me how historical references dating back in excess of a hundred years have a bearing on today’s behaviors in those individual cultures.

Quit making the school environment so damn hostile and violent that kids can’t learn.

You tell me. Are blacks flawed, or was the system set up to be more difficult for them over the course of 400 years?
In an alternate universe where the races were flip-flopped throughout history, would whites fare better?
You must conclude either that whites are better or that blacks have had it harder because of the historical shortcomings of our government.
Which is it? (Everybody who has replied is absolutely terrified of answering this question honestly.)

Why are so many black babies born to single mothers?
Yes, the black community lacks discipline. It’s celebrated in black pop culture and excused by apologist of all stripes.
The racism of low expectations and excuse making is doing more damage to the black community that any imagined systematic disadvantage.
The black community is it’s own worst enemy.
You tell me why 72% of black babies born to single mothers is not the loudest most obvious causation for less than successful outcomes.
Explain why you don’t think black woman can be responsible with their bodies and black men take ownership of their actions.
Tell me why you think blacks can’t do that?

At least one of these two must be true.
I spent 35 years working for the government. Throughout that time, myself, my friends and my co--workers all were taught that we succeeded / failed on our own merits...and did so regardless of race, gender or sexual preferences. Even political differences aside, we often helped each other along and we all benefited from it..and we enjoy successful careers / retirements today because of it.
Thus, in our cases...neither of those 2 scenarios came into play.

The democrats would love nothing more for a full blown race war. Why can’t we take responsibility for ourselves instead of trying to classify anything bad that happens as a problem of an entire race? There are good and bad white people just as there are good and bad black people. We are what we make of ourselves and the work we put into who we want to be. Too many people want an excuse as to why they aren’t rich when the reality is they are just too lazy to reach for better in life. Democrats love keeping their political base under the poverty line so they buy into their ridiculous logic. Free everything sounds great when you don’t work and sit on the couch all day reproducing kids like rats to increase your government benefits.

No. You didn't answer my question at all. I asked whether the "deal" with black America today is the result of structural racism or a character flaw that blacks have, and you pussed out and virtue signaled about how it's better to have a daddy than to not have a daddy, as if anybody's arguing about this in terms of individual behavior and choices.
Not a single person has answered the question, and for each person so afraid, it's either because he's afraid of admitting that a) the current trend is the inevitable result of centuries of this country not living quite entirely up to its creed, or b) (less likely) that he's a racist.

Getting rid of the Democrat party would end institutional racism. They are the only ones pigeonholing people based on the color of their skin, on a government level.
