More than two months after the U.S. launched an attack on Iran and with a jump in oil prices, one third of voters (33 percent) approve of the way President Donald Trump is handling the economy and 64 percent disapprove, the lowest approval on the economy Trump has received in either of his terms as president, according to a Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pea-ack) University national poll of registered voters released today.

Guys like this:

who are the other 12%?
Teachers, college professors, librarians, lawyers, roughly half of doctors, entertainers, government employees, most of the tech field, half of law enforcement, half of investment bankers, half of skilled tradesmen (yep), half of the restaurant industry, and every male psychologist/psychiatrist/social worker.
I went to high school with a guy whose dad got really rich exploiting low income housing grants in the 80s, which he did with the help of the Democratic Party.
Back then in Alabama Democrats were still Dixiecrats...George Wallace didn't leave office until 1987. And I don't know this, but Wallace himself probably helped this guy out. It was probably the type of corrupt backroom deal making nonsense that Alabama is famous for.
Anyway, the son is roughly my age and to this day he defends the Democratic Party and votes for them every election.
There's still a decent amount of those kinds of people around too.
