"Delta Variant" is a buzzword to keep heat off Biden admin for not defeating COVID

Bidens entire campaign was:
"Trump is mishandling COVID and doing a horrible job. It's because he doesn't care. Elect me and I will care and defeat COVID and we will go back to normal quickly because all it takes is someone who cares"
I know multiple supposed life long conservative Republicans who voted Biden due to COVID alone. Biden was a single issue campaign, COVID. Rich Baris polls showed that of the voters who named COVID their #1 issue, Biden won 80% of them
Now that it's clear his administration can't defeat it they need an excuse so the Biden administration doesn't get criticized like Trump did.

That’s a dumb excuse to switch the vote. It’s clear no country has been able to stop Covid from spreading and doing what it’s gonna do. Biden had no control over what happens with that

I sincerely hope every lifelong Republican that voted for a Biden because of a Covid catches it and end up on a a ventilator for a month or so. They deserve what they get.

I agree with you on the excuse part, but these assholes are also using the Delta Variant to scapegoat non-Biden voters for Covid. It’s the unvaccinated Trump Voters who caused the Delta Variant, not China. And it’s not Biden’s fault that it didn’t go away. See - it’s those crazy right wingers.
It’s disgusting how politicized this situation is. I trust no information from any source about it. None of it.
