You’re either ignorant or a liar. Until this practice has been outlawed recently in some states which grows by the day you were required in some cases to even create a commitment statement to the principles of DEI. The latter was more rarely used for undergrad applicants but had become practice on a massive scale for professors

Actually, it currently does exist against white males, violating state and federal civil rights laws. It’s all over corporate America. Don’t hire white males
