Deep State gonna Deep State

Call me callous, but I think the sexual crimes of Jeffrey Epstein and associates have already been addressed through prosecutions and/or civil compensation. I believed the DOJ when they stated in their July Memorandum that the Epstein files showed that no one else should be criminally charged. That belief is strengthened by the alleged victims not naming any additional perps...despite two big press events by Massie.
I wanted the files fully released because it would tamp down a talking point against Trump. I genuinely believe that Trump's opposition to the release was to prevent things such as what happened to Larry Summers: exposure of embarrassing (but not criminal) lapses of powerful, married men. I don't think release of the files will help the Epstein victims at all.
My interest in the Epstein files was because they MIGHT have given us a window into how the Deep State operates...though, of course, I realize that the actual Deep State wouldn't allow documentation of its misdeeds to survive.
NOW, with the impending cleansing of the files for "security purposes," Epstein's connection to the Deep State is confirmed...BUT we won't learn any details.
Look forward to lots of self-congrats by "brave" politicians, but not any serious discussion of the implications of having to sanitize the files of a private citizen for "security purposes."
One of the main reasons I support Trump is I believed he was going to take on the Deep State. Maybe he has/will...but as a citizen, I don't see any of our elected officials who are fighting to get to the truth of Epstein's Deep State connections.
Do you trust any politicians to explore this...or even just raise the issue? Upon election, are they just shown the Zapruder film followed by "any questions?"

I have no idea what you’re talking about.
The US IC and Israeli Mossad partnered to traffic underage American girls to use as honeypot blackmail traps for powerful international figures and the evidence was hidden or destroyed to protect them so they can continue to use the blackmail material and avoid negative fallout on the intelligence agencies.
They’re literally telling us to F off and that if they want to operate as child sex traffickers they’ll do it and we should STFU.
It’s as simple as that.

Which is exactly why I pray these files are released. Citizens need to completely understand the character of those they have been led by or who owned the companies or agencies they do business with.
You can also bet your last dollar most of this activity was not consensual, therefore, it was and is criminal.

We're in agreement. I was just wondering if anybody on the Board had hope in any particular elected official...or are they all co-opted by the Deep State?

No.
If there are any, they'll be ousted before they can affect awareness or change.
I doubt there really are any because I fully believe that only those with skeletons get into positions of influence.

The evidence is gone or anyone who has knowledge of it knows what will happen to them and their family if they make it public.
If Bongino isn’t going to touch it there is zero chance this goes anywhere. They’re just claiming we have everything and anything else is a national security issue. The fact that they had to admit the latter tells you the road has ended.
Absent armored divisions rolling into Langley and the Reagan building nothing is going to force whatever evidence actually matters into the public domain IMO.

BREAKING NEWS ON with Bret Baer on Fox News was the vote to release the Epstein Files.
It was presented as a BFD fanfare, as if they all just voted they all should GTFO or something.
Your assertion is correct on Trump not wanting a big gossip binge being the news affecting the economy, banks, top CEO's.
Larry Summers just resigned he is (was?) a married man.
Where are these files coming from exactly? The court that is under seal? The DOJ? With all the kiddie porn?
Chuckie Schumer voted to release them. Bill Gates may cut off donor funding to democrats.
They started this to diss MAGA with MTG and Massie needing to save face now. It backfired on the democrats. No one believed them when they redacted Virginia to get Trump.

The GOP in DC hate their base.
Like actually loathe them.
It’s well known and joked about in DC on both sides of the aisle.
We’re a bunch of bumpkins they have to placate every few years but they’d rather kickoff a revolution before they give over control of the party apparatus to MAGA/AF/the base because it would be the end of them politically and financially.
And make no mistake, Trump gained some control over the GOP apparatus nationally, but they made no attempt to conquer the county and state level GOP offices so we have zero shot at getting good local and state level candidates into office. In fact I wouldn’t be surprised at all if a deal was cut where the GOPe would give lukewarm support locally for his presidential bid in return for not ousting them from their local fiefdoms.
