I've voted for Trump twice and will again in '24 if he's our nominee. In fact, I will vote for him in the primary if DeSantis goes weak-kneed on Ukraine like Trump did Covid. So the notion that I have TDS is rooted only in your inability to pose a compelling argument.
My criticism of Trump on Covid is simply having my eyes open, and being principled about a skepticism for everything the federal gov't does. In my view, any conservative should have this skepticism, and not have as a default position "big daddy gov't needs to protect me."

I took J&J only to travel. But of the alternatives…. Someone like Biden who wanted mandates or even a guy like RFKjr who thinks they all cause autism… Trumps “promote but not mandate” approach seems reasonable AF to me.

I liked Birx better than Fauci. They both deserve a lot of credit for their work on AIDS. They failed the nation at a critical time with COVID.

He just won re-election by 20 points in Florida. AND did the unthinkable by winning Miami-Dade County.

DeSantis did all of his best Covid work post Trump. He didn’t lift lockdowns until late September, just weeks before Trump was ousted.
