Well we disagree.

If you knowingly sell something ie heroin that you know is killing people you should get the death penalty.
That would be a drug dealer getting the death penalty and I'm 100% for that.

Absolutely. Pusher is supplying a need, not creating a need.

This issue kind of separates people who want government to enforce an "orderly" society from people who want the government to take care of dangerous criminals.

SCOTUS is not on your side here. And they are the only opinion that matters

I propose death penalty for all those in favor of abortions after a fetus is fully formed and able to feel pain.

Welp, there goes the entire democratic party.

They call them "pushers" for a reason.. Ive never sought out a drug dealer, but have been approached by many.

Pushers don't make sales without someone wanting drugs.

I've never been approached by a pusher to buy and I've hung around some very questionable people.

Did you know that junkees will actually flock to a dealer if they hear his batch killed someone? They think it means it must be strong.

Legalization would take care of that.

Sounds like someone wants legalization since it would get rid of most of this. Also the second half also happens with alcohol for what it's worth (excluding incarceration unless you count OWIs)

Meth is not a need. It's a desire. 2 different things.

Can someone explain the logic behind making inanimate objects illegal. I'm sure that didn't come from John Locke

You can replace heroin with nearly anything (guns, cars, alcohol, cigarettes, parachutes, planes)except weed. You can od on water and not weed. Death to all water suppliers

I do to. The government can't get anything right so why would I want them to have the power to take someones life. I was trying to make the op absurd to show the idiocy of wanting a utopia, which is exactly what the drug war is.

Simple people are easily persuaded along emotional lines. It's just so easy to blame something inanimate and start banning stuff.

People should be punished for committing crimes ie harming someone or taking their property and not before. The idea of a republic is to protect the minority from the majority. That means that if 1 person out of 300 million can smoke meth and not commit an aggression against others, he has the right to do so or at least he would if we were living a free society

The OP believes if you're charged with vehicular homicide, you can walk if you sell the vehicle. In addition, he blames people for being near a time bomb and blames the water for finding the hole in his boat.
