You need to read the article because it sounds like the citizen had a better angle than the police and never left his vehicle...
also, how do you know this citizen is not well trained? I train with my carry firearms more than most cops and I bet you that I have fired a weapon in the LOD more than most cops in the U.S.

What you and the other pussies like you do not understand is I do not go out looking for a fight, I don't openly carry, and I hope and pray I am never forced to use my firearm BUT I will not cower from the situation should it arise...

Considering I’m a criminal defense attorney, I imagine I’m vastly more acquainted with police incompetence than the average bear.

That’s quite the generalization. But even if I conceded the point for the sake of argument, I think you are deluding yourself if you think only those at the absolute top of their game will join. You’re also deluding yourself if you don’t think the LEOs involved will be distracted as hell because they will have no idea who just joined fray. It’s not like “concealed carrying badass” is stamped into people’s foreheads.

Arguable but I get the point. IMO most of the ones that would engage, not the internet tough guys or the ones that weren't there talking shite, would know how to handle themselves and their weapon.
