If they refuse to comply with NYC's new measures. I don't care if you're atheist, Jewish, Muslim, Christian, or Hindu...this is freaking unconstitutional. Someone needs to file a lawsuit now.

I don't know if they can file a lawsuit until there is some official legislation or order
But yeah that would certainly be unconstitutional. Why not just make the fines much more aggressive?
