Most votes ever in a Senate run in Georgia

Kind of semantics when you had the biggest population of voters than ever before and the fact remains that over 700k voters stayed at home for the runoffs and more than half were white and in rural Georgia.

At the minimum they would have made up for the 50k+ votes that made the difference in the Purdue/Ossoff race.

Perdue is far from the only republican in Ga. He is also an establishment RINO. The NAACP, Stacey Abrams, and the rest of the democratic machine will be using the race card bigly in 2022. I think the GOP should neutralize that by nominating Harold Melton (using the list of people that have declared interests in running on wikipedia. He is African American and a minister which helps neutralize the dems two biggest weapons. Plus he is a common sense conservative.

Okay, Okay, the voter numbers may have decreased but there is a bigger issue at play here.

Is that $49 Monocular really better than $3000 Telescopes?

Not a bad choice but doesn't have the Collins name recognition and won't win.

Loeffler was horrible candidate on optics alone vs Warnok and guaranteed a big turnout by black voters especially females.

Don't know about lazy but he had some pretty horrible advice when it came to debating Ossoff.

He made plenty of campaign stumps across the state and spent tens of millions on commercials.

His signs and mailers and TV ads were everywhere. He got Rona during the runoff period where he had to quarantine for two weeks. He damn near beat Ossoff. Had it not been bogus mailins again, he's have won.

I don't know that I can say the same for Loeffler. She might have lost even without the fraud.

Perdue might be a RINO but he's a lockstep voter with the party which is a good thing. Can't say the same for some LA senators....

You live in Fulton County? You may want to take care of your own house before slinging shite at us.

Nope but Republicans actually had solid turnouts in metro Atlanta compared to rural Georgia in the runoff election. It was the reason Ossoff won.

Sorry,it's pretty much what happened.

Other than voting what would you suggest a voter do to "take care of our own house?"

1. Run Hollywood out of the state. 2. Investigate the Abrams nonprofits.Abrams has 3 501c voter registration scams in your backyard, I’d start there. We can’t out vote the opposition due to unabated ballot harvesting. 3. Force lawmakers to secure our elections through I.d & minimal absentee.

Our demographics aren’t capable of overcoming our lack of election integrity.

Okay? WTF does this have to do with individual voters in metro counties?

Okay? Once again, how do you go about this without voting?

They are currently doing this.

Once again, how are any of these things accomplished without voting?

Rural voters in Georgia had a chance to make a national impact on the country and for whatever reason they chose not to.

You can bitch about Stacy Abrams all you want and RINO call Purdue as well but if you think the Senate is better off with Dems in controll I can't help ya.

BTW,why do you want to "run Hollywood out?" Pretty sure it's a net gain and it provides jobs.

Now if you want to run Hollywood campaign donations out of the state I'm with you.

Thousands of liberal carpetbaggers using the state GOP'S generosity of tax credits to throw millions at people like Ossoff and Abrams. Not to mention the celebrity element that benefits them. Are you fricking nuts?

Warnock is not losing. The Democrats will spend whatever it takes and GA will be very blue in 2022. No point in running someone who will vote for McConnell as leader anyway.

Can you freakin read? I have absolutely no problem with getting rid of outside donations.

Do you think Hollywood actors just all of a sudden started to donate to Georgia elections because they film movies here.

What?

Local Georgians benefit from movies made here. The freakin celebrities are gonna get paid no matter where the movies are made.

Big Tech is FAR more responsible for money flowing into the state for the 2020 and elections and runoffs and its not remotely close to what "Hollywood" donated.

BTW,the state also gives the KIA plant millions in tax credits.Do you wanna yank those as well?

If mail in voting, Dominion voting machines, and Stacey Abrams have anything to do with it there will never be another Republican Senator to come out of Georgia, period. Dems are going to push to have mail in voting be a permanent thing and all they have to say is COVID and Racism. If there is anything this last presidential election has shown me is that the game is over. Between the cheating, overall stupidity of the younger generation, overtly biased media, and the elites that just continue to get away with whatever they want it's basically game over. We won't be able to rely on the SCOTUS voting down unconstitutional laws.
