Here’s potentially the most important paragraph in the memo. It appears to confirm the NYT’s scoop — which was that the counterintelligence investigation began BEFORE the FISA applications against Page. Papadopoulos was already under investigation. Wow:
In reflecting more on this, I think Nunes may have just blown up the core Trump defense to the “Russia investigation” — that it was all fruit of the poisonous Steel tree. Not true. It was already underway.

This was a Page FISA application. If there were concerns about Pop, there should have been a separate application for him.

Do you know what triggered Papa's "investigation?" He talked to Alexander Downer in a London bar. Who is Downer? A good friend of Bill and Hillary who also donated tax payer money to the Clinton Foundation (which was a big scandal in Australia).

It states Strzok opened the investigation.
